The Park Avenue Medical Centre Patient Participation Group asked Joe Drage Video and Content Production to come along and create a video which could be displayed in the surgery waiting areas. The aim of the video? To persuade people to come and join them.
Joe Drage Video and Content Production was more than happy to jump in and give them a hand promoting this great cause. We conducted a short interview with each member of the group, who gave a small, unique insight in to the PPG.

What is a Patient Participation Group?
A patient participation group allows patients to get involved with and support their General Practice. Acting as a communication aid between the patients and Practice management, the aim is to make each person's experience the best it could possibly be when visiting.
Park Avenue Medical Centre's patient participation group meets regularly with the Practice Manager to discuss patient feedback and learn about plans for new and improved services.
The group meets patients through regular informal coffee mornings at Park Avenue giving people the chance to voice their opinions.
